We comply with this law by not recording any consumer information from any piece of identification you provide to us in connection with the purchase of any marijuana item. Oregon law does permit marijuana retailers to record and retain the name and contact information of a consumer for purposes of notifying the consumer of services, discounts, coupons or other marketing information if the retailer requests and receives consent from the consumer. When we request that you voluntarily submit your name and contact information when using or registering to use or receive our services, we are requesting your consent to record and retain that information.
